What You’ll Be Responsible For
Main Tasks

Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the entire payroll process for some of the Swiss branches
(3 payrolls with more than 1500 international employees) -
Maintaining correct and complete personnel and payroll accounting

On- and offboarding administration such as (de-)registration of social & health insurances
-
Notification of social insurance changes (AHV, BVG, health insurance)
-
Applying for Child allowances for international employees
-
Supporting the Head of HR when necessary (month- end closings, audits, etc.)

Close cooperation with the Head of HR (month- end closings, audits, etc.)
-
Collaboration on international payroll projects, e.g. with regard to standardised ‘Standard Operating Procedures’,KPI management and creating reports

Daily exchange with our Crewing department based in Cyprus
Your Profile
-
Completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector and further education in human resources (e.g. HR assistant/Personalassistent/in)

Experience of working with ABACUS together with another software
-
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
-
Service-oriented and strong communication skills
-
Fluency in English, good knowledge of German (oral and written) is a must, French, Italian or Portuguese is a plus
-
Problem-solving, team-orientated personality with an independent working style and attention to detail.
